Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for genuine reasons such as:

- ✅ Missing items from a set or combo
Exchanges are not accepted for:
- ❌ Change of mind after purchase
- ❌ Product already used or washed
- ❌ Minor colour or finish variations due to photography lighting
- ❌ Products with missing original packaging
Return Shipping
For all eligible returns and exchanges, Ebun will arrange and pay for the return shipping. You do not need to pay anything extra.
How to Initiate a Return

- Share your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we will arrange pickup at no cost to you
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Important Notes
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from ebun.in
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Original invoice or order confirmation required for all return requests
- Ebun reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
